Nashville, also known as "Music City", has something to offer for everyone, including kids! In fact, the downtown area offers several kid-friendly outdoor activities that are sure to provide hours of fun and entertainment. Here are some of the best outdoor activities in downtown Nashville for kids:

  1. Walk or Bike the Greenway

    The Cumberland River Greenway is a scenic trail that runs along the Cumberland River and offers a beautiful view of the Nashville skyline. It's a great spot for kids to walk or bike while enjoying the outdoors. If you’re doing this, consider stopping in at the beautiful Shelby Bottoms Nature Center for kid-friendly micro-exhibits (they have bathrooms and water fountains too!)

    A riverboat tour is a great way for kids to see the city from a different perspective. River Queen Voyages offers public and private cruises with river history and stunning views, providing a unique and entertaining experience for the whole family.
